SuprAffs-Stage Fright
I LIKE it when I practice public speaking in private.  It helps me reduce any fears of speaking outloud  in public.

Sometimes when practicing my public speaking in private, I LIKE trying to speak as loud as possible.  It changes "muscle memory" and instills confidence.

Before speaking, I LIKE to remind myself a little fear can actually make me a better speaker.  It can make me more energetic and alert.

I LIKE knowing that being well prepared for a speech goes along way towards making my fears manageable.

I LIKE it when I can use a lot of animation and exaggerated gestures when practicing speaking in private.  It helps me be more expressive when actually speaking in public.

Sometimes when practicing my speaking in private, I LIKE trying to speak in a low voice, while staying as calm as possible.  It helps reduce the tension in my voice and eliminates voice "cracking".

I LOVE practicing my speaking in private, while looking into a mirror while smiling and then looking at pictures of a group of smiling faces (my artificial audience) I've put together.  It changes my fearful "conditioned" responses" associated with stage fright or shyness and reduces tension.

I LOVE to occasionally focus on "staying calm" while speaking.  Lots of pauses and deep breaths while speaking reduces fear and stress.

I LIKE reminding myself that if just one person benefits from my speech, it will be well worth experiencing my fears.

I LOVE reminding myself that some of the top speakers in the world claim they experience stage fright at times.

"I LIKE it when I elevate my mood with Accelerated-State Conditioning techniques prior to speaking in public.  It greatly reduces my fear and can even make me look forward to giving my talks or speeches.

I LIKE reminding myself that nothing catastrophic is likely to occur during any presentation.
