I LOVE it when I work towards better nutrition goals daily. 

I LIKE it when I eat less refined foods and more whole foods.  I know it cuts down my need to overeat.

I LIKE it when I'm able to avoid, white sugar, white flour, caffeine,, sodas and artificial sweeteners.

I LOVE it when I take the time to read labels carefully before buying food, beverages or supplements.

I LIKE it when I take health supplements like fish oil, vitamins, minerals, etc..

I LIKE it when I eat nutritious food at home rather than going out for fast foods. 

I LOVE it when I take nutritious food and drink on outings in the car.

I LIKE it when I allow myself to "feel my feelings" until cravings for sugar, etc. are reduced or eliminated.
