SuprAffs: Depression
I LOVE knowing there are many tools I can use right now to reduce my depression.

When feeling depressed I LIKE repeating my favorite SuprAffs (like the ones found below).  It usually makes me feel better in just a few moments.

When feeling depressed I LIKE it when I can get myself into motion.  Even the slightest movements start making me feel better.

I LIKE it when I am able to identify circular negative thinking.  Keeping my thoughts in present time as much as possible lessens my depression.

I LOVE it when I am able to make myself get enough sleep at night.  I know this helps me elevate mood daily.

I LIKE it when I'm able to get at least 30 minutes of sunshine daily.   Studies show it helps with depression.

I LOVE it when I am careful who I keep company with.  I know being around negative people all the time is unhealthy.

I LIKE it when remembering to take fish oil and vitamin D supplements daily.  I know research shows they help with depression.

I LOVE it when I'm able to create a series of temporary "endorphin rushes" using the daily motivational routine Accelerated-State Conditioning (ASC).  It's incredible how quickly those "rushes" elevate my mood.

I LIKE it when I can make myself socialize with friends and family regularly.  I know this is important for controlling depression.

I LOVE it when I pay attention to my nutrition.  I know that what I eat is what I feel!

I LIKE taking a minute to think back over past successes.  I know this gets my thoughts back on  a positive track quickly.
