SuprAffs-Goal Setting

I LIKE having specific goals.  It gives me a sense of purpose and optimism.

I LIKE having goals that are realistic.  I can always set my sights higher at a later time.

I ENJOY breaking my goals down into small, manageable parts.    It keeps me from feeling over-whelmed and discouraged.

When feeling resistance to working towards a goal I like to ask myself "what small part of this goal am I willing to do now?"

I LOVE having a list of goals that I can switch back and forth to when tiring of any one task.

I LIKE focusing on the essentials in my life rather than having too many goals.

I LIKE reminding myself that accomplishing even the smallest goals builds self-esteem and increases motivation and positive attitude.

I LIKE establishing new goals, repeating some daily SuprAffs regarding them, and then putting them out of mind for the rest of the day.

(Chose from the following list according to that which best fits your situation and repeat them once a day for a minimum of 21 days or until your new habits are firmly established.  For the best results, focus on just one habit until firmly established before going to the next!)
