SuprAffs-Affirmations
I LOVE repeating positive affirmations (preferably out loud) daily.  It  know it can elevate my mood and help me permanently change behavior and establish new positive habits.

I LIKE creating my own "custom SuprAffs" (super affirmations) that are very specific to the exact goals I have for myself.  This leads to faster, new and desirable habit formation.

I LIKE repeating my new affirmations a minimum of 21 days.  I know it takes time to establish new behavior or habits.

I LIKE repeating some of my affirmations while smiling and looking into a mirror and at pictures of smiling faces.  It reinforces socialization goals and eliminates social fear.

I LOVE repeating affirmations when my mood it elevated.  It helps create a "link" between repeating positive affirmations out loud and the feelings associated with an elevated mood.  This enables me to later elicit a "endorphin rush" or positive mood "at will" just by repeating an affirmation while remembering what a rush or elevated mood feels like.

I LIKE the idea that eventually I can learn how to create endorphin rushes or positive feelings, "at will", to take advantage of my "internal pharmacy" of chemicals of positive emotion"

I LIKE thinking back over memories related to specific affirmations I'm working on.
It helps me "visualize" my goals.

When my mood is elevated I LIKE repeating SuprAffs.  I know these are the most powerful affirmations I can use because they contain at least one of five important ingredients. 

I LIKE using SuprAffs becaudse they are believable, specific,  involve visualization,  an elevated mood and daily use as needed.  All of these ingredients make for strong behavior change.
